either they rush over to pet your hand and tell you everything will be ok and we’ll fix it this very second…
or they’re scammers .
there are thousands of other players all complaining about the exact same issues. what makes you so special that you should get moved to the head of the line?
there’s no magic wand that fixes problems instantly. they have to find out what’s causing the problem, then fix that… then make sure there aren’t other problems.
all of that takes time.
i dont know bout that guy Lenie, but 11 days after i send my ticket i got no answer? is it ok? i cant keep doin my quests cuz im stucked there …

you know, i’m not asking for them to fix MY problem, is an issue affecting a lot of players, that’s why i said WE are getting ignored.
second, i’m not even asking for them to fix it RIGHT AWAY, but despite all the posts and ppl complaining about not able to connect to Silute, they havent even give an answer, dude, at least a “we are working on the problem”, “we don’t know what it is but we’ll try our best”, those things, far away from beeing a solution, helps a lot. Selling something that you are not giving a ■■■■ (not saying anything at all for me is the definition of not giving a shit) makes them scammers.

There is an announcement saying that SA is having a DDOS attack and a lot of IP range get blocked, you need to create a ticket and tell them you ■■■■■■■ ip address
That was like 10 or more hours ago and the maintenance fix the problem for me. But after playing like 1 hour maybe I got dc again and haven’t been able to play again.
Almost 48 hours of lost game time here.

Funny thing is there is a guy spamming the forum with random pics, and yet 0 mods or staff is doing anything about it. Seems like the proof that they give 0 fks to the community. We’re just costumers.

Even tho I always cheer for IMC this week have been so bad, last tuesday patch was so poor. At this point I dont care about optimization of fps. But not fixing the respawn rate or a efficient anti bot system, is going to hurt a lot next week when it goes f2p.
Maybe they are working but they are lacking a lot of the transparency they had in the beginning.
I hope next tuesday fix most of this problem or the game will be dead within the first month of f2p.

I really don’t care about spam. Like you said, isn’t hurting anyone. I’m just using that instance as a proof that none is doing anything for the community, at least not as urgently as it is.
