Yes it’s viable, but many builds would switch Highlander 1 for Shinobi (which can be picked at rank 7 with the same build).
Highlander 1 isn’t suiting that build very much. I would trade it for Hoplite 1 if you’re really against doing Shinobi quest.
EDIT:
You’re still rank 3! You can easily make another character or keep that character for another build. I wouldn’t recommend Highlander 1 for a Murmillo, you can pick Highlander 2, which isn’t terrible but doesn’t synergize very well with Murmillo (Peltastas are much more common pick than Highlander). Highlander 2 has a very good dps of it’s own.
Hey it’s rare build but surprisingly viable!
As suggested, you can remake your build and start from scratch. Not too late yet for rank 3.
If you’re aiming for murmillo, you might want consider classes synergy with it. That is hoplite, peltasta and rodelero
