Wondering about the future of shinobi. As clones don’t use Hoplite skills, then isn’t it likely that rank 8 shinobi skills rely even more heavily on sword man 3?
As I am s1 p1 hop 3 dopp 1, I am wondering if I will ultimately be gimped by using a spear as a shinobi, and if I will be ultimately better off going the dragoon route.
it seems it is tried to tie weapons to historical class in a way, which makes me doubt shinobi will have advanced use of weapons
Like they will rely on more magics or something?
My question is if certain jobs are tied to other jobs, for example for a Hoplite, dragoon is a natural extension of that, and in the case of shinobi, which Is shown to make use of double slash from Swordman 3 and NOT to make as much use of Hoplite.
Shinobi does pair well with Hoplite in one way: I know that spear lunge pierce debuff from hop 2 pairs well with Kunai pierce type damage, but going forward, it is concerning that clones do NOT copy Hoplite skills…
I wonder if we should be aware of pairing like these in order to try to future proof our builds. I am not sure if the Developers plan on making Shinobi clones copy other skills.
please share your thoughts with me, especially if you are currently playing the above mentioned build or an S3 variant.
