RuneCaster quest for job change

Can’t find the Rune Caster Master…
To do this I need to make quest and collect ‘Rune Caster’s Invitation’ ( collect and fuse 5 runes).
I collect 4 and find the fifth rune (Tiwaz rune).
I must take it from Chronomancer Master at Stele Road. She mentions that she may have a rune but needs to find it.
After talking to her I’m wait and come back … And she is still don’t know where is the rune… 15/30/60/120 min… No matter how long I wait. 4 days of attempts.
May be I must to do something else? Or it is a bug? Google and all guides sad that time to recieve rune from that sinele is 30-120 min (ppl at shout sad 9 hours) not 4 days!

It took me quite a while before I got the Rune of Justice from her too. I’d say about 3-4 hours and that was out of fear in changing maps will result to a reset to the timer but I read people say it doesn’t.

I am quite unsure if talking to her multiple times “reset” the time for her to find the rune though because I only talked to her 2 times.
