When a monster is hit by rune of destruction there is a chance to do an animation that will do a hit of the same calliber or near it to an ennemy near it, be it iself or another mob.
Example : A pack of three mobs are hit by rune of destruction : They have 5 K / 5K / 19Khp. Your rune of destruction is level 1 and do 6-7K damages. (without quick spell) If you are lucky the 19K hp will get two reflections hits from itself and another mobs or from the two other mobs. ^^ It happened for me i one shoted the 19Khp because he took 7K*3
