Anyone knows what are the list of synergies Rune Casters have (updated ones, after the big patch).
So far I only saw Ice Wall + Rune of Justice. I don’t have much info also how much damage does it do.

These are the ones I can think up of.
Rune of Giant with Sacrament, Blessing, Enchant Fire and, if possible, Last Rite.
Jump attacks for Rune of Giant counts as an autoattack.
Mastema with Rune of Justice.
Mastema increases Holy damage.
Frost Pillar with Rune of Destruction.
Frost Pillar groups up monsters for Rune of Destruction and Rune of Destruction does extra damage to monsters hit near it.
I assume you meant Rune of Ice. Rune of Ice and Ice Wall does a lot of damage.
Rough estimation with nothing going wrong and Psychic Point.
Ice Wall Shard doing 15,000 damage per hit.
15,000x15(my usual number of Ice Walls hit)=225,000
225,000x3(number of shards per wall)=675,000
675,000x20(about the number of times Psychic Point can hit)=13,500,000
However, don’t let the high number fool you. It is easily interrupted.
Damage during Ice Wall placement, knockdowns, boss moving, and bosses breaking magic circles are to name a few.
