I think i go Rune Caster on C7
if isa worked on frost cloud you would be seeing much higher numbers than that.
Lets say… base dmg 3000, +attribute 50% +elemental advantage 100% +isa 300%
Final damage would be like 36000/hit??
without isa 9000/hit
Frost cloud and hail are not affected by rune of ice.
Several of this users videos have someone asking about rc, it seems they feel indifferent about it.
I think 6-7k of damage is okay if you have good gear and high % of damage attribute.
But, I will still go for Runecaster though, I’m hoping Elemetalist>Runecaster>Sage if possible, I guess Sage would be element themes with +element % damage support.
While I’m aiming Wiz3>Thaum3>Warlock>Shadowmancer for maximize dark damage.
