Bug Description :
“Rune caster : Skilled Casting” Attribute applies only 3-4 seconds of quickcast (unlearned version), not sure if intentional or not, but 4 seconds of this makes this att pretty pointless.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Learn "Rune caster : Skilled Casting ATT
- Cast a Rune caster skill until u get the proc
- Get the buff
