Recall my hypothesis in my post: You have to wait for a certain time to get Rune of Giatn from Chronomacner master.
Yes, Chronoamancer master have a count down timer (hidden buff):
- Start count down from 215~220 mins.
- Each channel has different timer.
- If someone take Rune, timer restart.
- If no one in channel, timer restart (need confim, since after maintain the timer re-count-down!?)
