If you use the Hidden Buff addon (check JTOS Addon Manager), you will see a buff on the Chromancer master which is in fact the timer for her to find her rune !
Like the video says, don’t swap channels. With the addon, you just have to look at the timer and talk to her when the timer ends (maximum I’ve seen is 180 min so 3h).
Btw, got my Mausoleum rune on 1F at a “xx:00” hour.
