I want to create a psychokino build. So the path I want to take as of now is Wiz2>Kino3>Wiz3>Runecaster>? For now that is my goal. But I’m wondering if it is good/viable? Not really sure about many wiz build since my only wiz as of now is an alchemist. So are there any recommendations. Any insight would really help.
The main reason you pick RC maybe: Rune of Destruction, used in PvP. If you can Raise 3+ ppl, RoD can wiped out all of them.
In PvE content, seems to be lose to WL Invocation & DT (1:1 DT is better)

You cant use rod when the players are on raise. Same with meteor.
Although, you can raise the enemies players then put caltrops, statue, bats, ice wall, pets and use rod.
It’s seems that rod has a kill limit on battle league. I’ve tried to kill 5 of them while they are on sleep and could kill 3 of them. Not sure, though. Needs confirmation. Btw, my attribute is lvl 70.

RoD has 2 hit damage:
- The inital hit: seems to be hit 3 target (not sure AoE or what)
- The second hit: weaker (around 70% inital hit) but hit more target.
But if your attribute’s level is 70, its weird, enemies maybe so tanky

Nah, the rod couldn’t even hit the other 2 guys but two pets. I should’ve recorded :

It’s weird right? In open world pvp test, RoD still hit. Maybe TBL got the cap target as you mention.
