I am wizard and I can not choose Rune caster can be bug?
Rune Caster is a Hidden Class. If you’re just a Wizard (Base Class), you can only choose RC as your second/third rank. I guess.

To select Rune Caster class for you character advancement there are some conditions since it’s a hidden class:
1. Unlock Rune Caster
You can achieved this by doing the Rune Caster Hidden Quest or with a Rune Caster Unlock Voucher, which you can buy from market. After that, the Rune Caster Master will be visible for you;
2. Advancement Conditions
After Re:Build, IMC decided that hidden classes can be selected only as your 2nd or 3rd class, but not as your first class
