when you is under effect of Rune Caster ‘rune of giant’, are you able to use Linker skills in the current patch?
No, only wiz 1-2-3 and RC skills now.

iirc, they can also use featherfoot skills. but don’t quote me on that.
That was just perfect timing on levitate when stepping on the rune. and it triggered some bugs when levitate expired. dunno if that bug is still a thing or not.
you can pull a similar trick with summon riding, which is actually somewhat useful, but you will be as slow as your summon.
and a few other skills that are sadly not worth it, like snow rolling and ghastly trail.
