Bug Description :
I was looking for the collection chest based on previous characters and I noticed it isn’t spawning. I’ve tried changing to every channel and relogging/restarting.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
1) Go the Collection Chest location near Commander Sabina (NPC)
2) Check [-789,149] coordinates
3) No chest in location
