So, I was making my way to evac for a round of solo grind and gimmicks, when I noticed this npc on Ruklys Hall of Fame.
They were scattered all around the map and when I interact with them, I get this:
Searched the whole map but I haven’t found anything that might’ve been connected to them. Though, I haven’t tried killing the mobs in the map to see if they drop anything, as that didn’t cross my mind. Also, the npcs disappeared at 11:30pm server time.
I tried to do something about it but wasn’t able to find any clues.

Hm, I see… Perhaps they’re related to the main quest at Sentry Bailey to Fortress of the Land? I do remember a few quests there where you interact with the soldier spirits, but you don’t keep any of the quest items for that after you finish it.
There’s also the crystal near the entrance to extension, but I do think that’s just like the other crystals in other maps that spawns a large number of mobs when you kill enough mobs around it. Although, I haven’t really succeeded in doing it as the mob spawn in that area is a little bit low.
