Rubberbanding like crazy (fixed maybe)

Date and Time :since I started playing

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) :xbox 360 wireless

Bug Description : rubberbanding like mad
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)
Seems whenever I move in a straight line, after 10 seconds i will rubberband back. If i zigzag to where I need to go, never rubberband.

Yes I have tried Leatrix and does not help.

So I went in my task manager and shut a few things down that i had no clue where running (thanks to a forum tip), not spyware just ran a malwarebytes scan. Not sure what yet that I shut down, about 5 things, and everytime I do shut those 5 things down my rubberbanding is completely gone.
