Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Can’t pick up the Collection Chest, it’s bugged.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Go to Royal Mausoleum
2. Find the Chest near the entrance for 5F (sometimes you can’t even see it and appears suddenly after some time)
3. Try to pick it up
4. Nothing happens

Hi ToS staff… I have a similar problem… but in my game, the treasure of the collection didn’t appear… as it never existed before… can you please help me?
