The Collection Chest from this map is missing, I tried every channel possible, Fedimian Server

if it’s your first character, it should reappear eventually…
check with F11 and make sure you really don’t have it, I sometimes forget the ones I already got :\
Well, I made a fool of myself, I did double-check the collections I have before posting, so I triple-checked, and it was on the list … Having a crapload of collections didn’t helped since this is sorted kinda randomly

I sometimes find out I already got a collection when I try to put it in and the message telling me I cant put same collection twice pops up xD
This bug is still here, it’s missing for me as well.

Yes, and it is missing.
This is a new account and the first character on the account to reach Royal Mausoleum. The Floor 4 Collection Chest is missing. I have not collected it and it is not in my list. So this is a bug for some of us. I came back to try to look for it again because I want that +1 Stamina so I can punch more as a monk. Is there a solution to this?
The chest wasn’t missing on my first character but I can’t open the chest, the second time I visit the same spot the chest disappeared and never show up.
Now I have my second character get to the same location, but the chest didn’t even show up this time.
Hopefully this will get resolved.
