hi guys.need some help on this one.hoping someone would clarify me about the rookie shop.
is the rookie shop region based meaning if i make a new character on the new server will there still be a rookie shop?despite of having a character in klaipeda, there is a time limit, i was thinking if that expires i cant get anymore items in the rookie shop on other region?
