I just returned to the game about 3 days ago? I haven’t played since launch and I didn’t get a home coming reward? I am family lvl 3 and am not able to claim the event contents? Is there something I can do besides making a new account?
You should receive a Homecoming Gift in your Message Box in your lodge.
I see a bunch… but there is no Homecoming gift… bunch of resets… exp buffs… penguin… no homecoming gift sadly… which is why I am curious what it isn’t there?
Just to confirm, you didn’t accidentally redeem it onto a character right?
Did you login at all, even if you didn’t play, in the last 30 days?
Only logged into 3 characters… and I checked em all I didn’t see anything… I only put my penguin + 3 exp boost + a reset on my character nothing else…

After you log into the Support page using either Google or Facebook, it should look similar to this:
At the bottom right corner the Submit Ticket button is present where you can actually submit a ticket.
They may be able to help you here though.
