is this bug still haven’t fix? my main was back lv 103 and i can’t see him now i am lv 118 that like 4-5 months i went back and check but i still can’t see him but on my alt lv 104 can see him
I find it weird I never got this problem even though I lack luck…
I wonder what the source of the “problem” is…
i don’t know why this happen my alt can do the quest but my main can’t see him so my main can’t do the quest
You need 100+ in one stat, without the help of any items

Looks like that’s the secret. I was trying to find the NPC a while back after 100%ing the zone and couldn’t understand why he wouldn’t appear. Recently hit 100 invested into dex and went and checked and he’s there.
