Got a few role ideas here.
Judge (Town): Can overrule a lynch (maybe during last words) but he has to reveal himself/dies (perhaps consequence is random?
Forcer (Mafia): The Forcer can decide someone’s vote for them during a lynch in order to make them look suspicious but he himself abstains so that people know he might be a forcer.
Muscle (Mafia): The Muscle is like other roles such as retrabutionist that can only act once. I think the Muscle should be able to choose two people to “cripple” people so that they cannot do anything for a night. Not sure what consequences for his actions should be (if any).
Have you also considered maybe adding secondary roles? For example the “Traitor” who can change team once in a match to either Mafia or Town (loses all abilities and does nothing). For example Sheriff (Traitor)
