Rogue Vendetta build viable PvE?

I’m at the point were I’m deciding what to do with my QS3 R1.
One option would be SR2 but I found the idea of using Vendetta for actual burst damage interesting.
Is it actually worth it though? My Character is high Str and I’m not interested in PvP at all. I just want something that’s fun to play with (maybe just farming).

My only concern would be AOE damage as Crossfire would be my only AOE while SR2 has the retreat shot combo.

Vendetta is a situational thing at best, at high level where almost everything has super high hp, good luck getting the last hit when you need to refresh the buff.

It’s not exactly about the buff but about applying bleed to get the double damage from the attribute.
Sure not everything bleeds but I’m used to that from my Higlander.
