Got the passive skill Rod Mastery Ice maxed but my Ice property attack is only 3 (minus the ice attacks from gear) . Also when I add CON, it decreased the Ice attack to 0. It doesn’t affect the ice attack from gear though. Weird.
Another one is, when I got my+29 ice attack head gear equipped and remove archrod that has no ice attack whatsoever it gets reduced to 23. Is it supposed to work this way or bugged? Got the video and stuff.
