Why is that rod mastery increases ice property attack by 3% of your matk per level and staff mastery increases by a flat 3 per level? Is this intended? Or just a typo?

Flat 3, 9 when maxed.
In all they’re useless.
That is for staff mastery. For Rod Mastery It is 3% per attribute level.
IMC doesn’t care for Pyro.
During the last biggest balance changes they said they would remove or rework all bad/useless attributes from the game, but all non-enhance attributes Pyro has are still useless except for Fireball burn.
But they decided to kill Fireball anyway…
They may touch Pyro in this next “massive Wizard balance changes”, but i am not with my hopes up that it will be at the same level as the Krivis changes.
