can someone please explain to me what hell is going on, what is the bug this time?
I think IMC was preparing the servers for the x2 drop rate sometime in June, and a bug occurred where DPK items (like armor and weapon cubes, monster gems, etc) were dropping at an unintended rate.

well i didnt knew that killing mobs (thats what ppl are supposed to do on mmorpg) was something wrong, if it is im sorry for that lol
but since thats not the case who did something wrong was imc and players cant pay for their mistakes
and its not about you caring about it or not, massive quits leads to less ppl playing, less ppl starting playing and what rly matters for imc is a LOT less money
rollback would be acceptable with the compensations for the entire day lost to everyone, anything other then a rollback makes no sense at all
i mean 6 itens whatever dude. Iâm talking about people who farmed over 500 monster gems or so, and clearly helped to make a huge mess on the game.

The people without battle bracelets, the ones that didnât exploit the bug, should get another reward too

Sure thatâs what I would say as well. It just remains to be seen. Iâll be hopeful that this is all blown out of proportion because of the vagueness of IMCâs statement and the fact that my server isnât up at this point.
Iâm down for the rollback as well. Whatever, that is just sad enough that after such a big patch with some nice class changes and stuff they mess up like this, there is no easy answer on what to do after this happens, everybody is wrong so whatever.
IMC should care if people leave. Also, could add a third option there:
3 - Take away DPK items farmed (or make them untradable, someone suggested that) and apologize for the inconvenience caused by the maintenance by giving free stuff
That way you save the market, and ppl donât get any advantage out of the bug. I guess people want to âpunishâ the exploiters tho. I just think IMC is in the wrong in this case, not us who farmed the things.
several items can be used as material for other items, turning them untradeable wonât solve anything. So that suggestion should be discarded :S
ur making memes and going after another aspect of the game in order to cope with ur insecurities that u were foolish enough to exploit a bug and are now getting banned for it

They should be able to track the crafted items and remove them aswell by looking at the logs. One could argue that itâd be too troublesome, but thatâs on them, not on us.
And this mess happens. Instead of announcing events one week prior to hype up players, I bet IMC still wonât learn from this, and still keep doing ninja patches behind out backs.
I like the fact theyâre punishing abusers. Make an example out of them.

⌠im pretty sure some of those so-called abusers are innocent of what was happening considering most of them are probably newbies.
IMHO IMCâs the one that should take the blame and just wipe the bracelets that was obtained since the bug was present, why should players be punished for something that wasnât their job to secure to begin with?
also their criteria for the abuse was too vague, i for an example trade with other players alot everyday (but luckily im from varena which wasnât affected by the bug). should i be a candidate for the ban hammer? no, but i will be just because of having multiple trades. jeez, they should just rollback all the servers that was affected im pretty sure the community would accept that much more than dropping hammers on their faces with uncertain justifications
I canât help you out on that, I still want the accused abusers to have some sort of punishment. Sorry for your troubles though. Iâm not the one punishing you either. I just like people are seeing they get punished for this, so next time theyâll think twice.
