Rexipher boss bug

I just experienced what i think is a bug. The boss doesnt get damaged by any of my cleric spells after reaching like 80% of his hp, so i end up just meleeing him all the way. It’s a problem, because im a cleric c3 priest c1. I dont have any other way of means to damage him other than my usual heal bombing and cure while being safe in my wall. Tell me if what you guys experienced. I’ve tried to repeat the boss a number of times. Its still the same. After getting past his hp mark, no spells of mine damages him.

its pretty weird if its boss thing, he’s weak against holy, why would he be invulnerable to the spells after being hit on his 81-100% health. Its inconsistent and i believe its a bug.

Have you ever thought it would be a phase of the fight, maybe every 20% it change properties from elemental damage to physical damage, well untill someone can confirm if its a bug or not, i would guess its that mechanic, in all honesty i think it would be awesome if its a mechanic of the fight.

no man, he doesnt get damaged by any of my spells 0%-80% of his health. I meleed him to death. it was a slow, very slow death. holding on to my z. :T

Also, it was a first from all the bosses i’ve experienced. No boss have ever had this mechanic before. I thought about it being a thing too, but its weird. Poor clerics if that is so.

but yeah, i’ll wait and see what others say about their experience.

Ahh ok, now i got what you mean, yeah, its definetly a bug, unless the boss was supposed to be weak against physical damage from the start, which i think its silly and game breaking, because caster classes would have hell in this one and be completely dependent on parties.

Update:

I just did this fight on my Krivis and man, that was one hell of a long fight, in the fight, either your magic attacks, neither the boss magic attack cause damage, i took every single one of the magic attacks and none did damage, the only attack that cause damage is the tail attack and our basic attack.

For my luck to speed up a bit i had 2 stats reset scrolls on my bag i did a stats reset in the middle of the fight, gamepad ftw, one hand controlling the stick on the gamepad and the other on the mouse updating the stats lol.
