Simply put, the INT stat feels completely useless for anyone. The amount of MATK it provides if far too small and perhaps it should be reworked to increase MATK by a (small) percentage every 5 or 10 stat points, or to grant a flat magic defense penetration, or both of these options. As someone who is playing a wizard character, it feels that there is no need to pump INT since skills already come with their own base damage and adding INT seems to add little difference to the damage and only increase wizard’s auto attack damage, but who is really gonna go around just auto attacking monsters as a wizard and not casting spells? Maybe later INT starts to really affect skill damage, but as of now, I don’t see any difference and I am starting to think that SPR is a much better option to increase. Also, another solution would be to incorporate a portion of the character’s INT to boost spell damage and this would make INT relevant when putting points into it.

Int and STR have the same problem because with each Rank you get a 10% bonus, and the end game has 10 ranks. If you don’t go above lvl 120, you won’t feel the difference at all.

Yeah that is what I was thinking. Adding INT on the early levels feels completely irrelevant and that is a problem.
