Rewards of "Innocent" players after DPK bug is fixed

Srs Adm, GMs, Staff, Devs or whoever is responsible for granting rewards after damage to the players.
I understand perfectly that there was an unintentional bug caused by the IMC team itself and that many players were benefited by taking advantage of something that in my point of view they were not to blame. I say that they are not guilty, because I am not hypocritical, if someone throw money on the street I sure catch some.
And that’s exactly what happened in the DPK bug, “Money on the Street”. On the other hand, I fully understand that if you know that something is wrong, and does not take initiative to alert the responsible, it makes you a condemned.
Srs Adms, I know that making a mistake is human and that correcting bugs of this struture is not an easy task, but in the case of rewarding some players for reasons justified here in the forum, and leaving others without reward is very uncomfortable.
Even though many who did not take advantage of the bug are as deserving as the ones you banned for verification. If a suspect deserves an apology from you, much more should you apologize to the ones you did not even need. Banned by playing honestly.
Therefore, I tell you that all the players in the Tree of Savior deserve the same rights as the rewards given, since all are innocent except those who acted in bad faith.
Sorry for the sincerity but the truth that if there is a fault of something is simply the team responsible for leaving the game working the way it should be. In case you IMC team.
All the honest players of all servers deserve these rewards even as an apology for the lack of accountability of game administrators who for reasons of lack of prevention, let this ridiculous bug happen.

So, being honesty is being hypocritical? Then I will keep being hypocritical.

I guess my old customers are glad that I am lol.

Hello~

During the weekend we locked the accounts of users who were caught with the irregular DPK items. However, we cannot assume that all users caught with these items had bad intentions. Many users could have unintentionally picked up items before realizing there was a problem.

To these users we sent compensation as a form of apology since it was because of an error on our side that caused them to be unable to participate in many of our events this weekend. In this type of situation it is hard to create a level of fairness that everyone will accept, but we hope that our reasons behind our actions are understood.

I don’t believe it. for the second time, me and my friends @quit again.

Hello~
(Fufufu, you use the little flamey ~ too)

I think most players understand why you sent them extra compensations: it was a bug, and unless players completely stopped playing or grinding, there was no way for them to not pick up extra (and bugged) loot.
Most people’s issue is that the compensation doesn’t seem to fit the problem. These players were prevented to log in and play, so giving them more than enough items to catch up (reset/do their lost dungeons, lost Token times, etc.) makes sense, but you also gave a lot of items that were unrelated to a loss of game time: like the Enchantment Scrolls or the Leticia Cubes (and in a rather generous quantity, and the Letitica Cubes are TP/cash only items), which is what seems unfair to a lot of players.
Now what is done is done, but if something like this happens again and if it is a compensation only for some players and not all players on all servers, I think sticking to compensating the players’ losses and maybe one or two extra gifts would be enough for the troubled players and at the same time not create such big jealousy for the other ones.
