Not sure if this is intentional or not but I died in an instance and the game would not let me revive my character unless I used a Soul Crystal. I tried to switch channels and even log out to no avail (see pic). I ended up force quitting the game from task manager after waiting about a minute since the game was not bringing us out of the instance automatically.
