bAfter reaching hoplite c3, I’ve realized that it’s also a self contained/finished class much like cata c3 is for PvP. For PvE at least it has all the tools already it needs to deal with pretty much any situation. For bossing it has stabbing and pierce, then for mobbing it has spear throw. Finestra makes you a godly tank vs physical. Easily tanked the entirety of Siaullai mission (bosses same level as me) with 4 wizards in the same party. I didn’t really have to use any potion and even tanked the 2nd and 3rd boss at the same time with ease.
Synergy of the class imo:
-Peltasta -> for tanking
-Dragoon -> another spear using class
-Corsair -> for adding PvP tools
-Swordsman -> pain barrier for using stabbing lol
Feel free to add and post reviews of other completed classes (like cata c3, corsair c3).
Edit: just realized that hoplite depends on peltasta for PvE so hoplite is only completed if you get peltasta beforehand.
