That Kabbalist Skill is way too strong in PvP.
It should be removed from it like the Dievdirbys Owls
or it should weakened by 50 - 75%, preventing self-one-shotting of Damage Dealer Classes
Then … We could reduce the damage of some damage dealer class so they won’t oneshot themself on revenge scaffold or someone else…
They people complaing about CC spell / heal / immunity / everything in pvp
Don,t expect much from it honestly, it won’t be change for a while and i doubt kToS give a dam about our suggestion and since we get their patch … 8 yeah later (Some month later*)… Well you know 
I’d say to increase the cooldown in PvP only.
Simply suppressing it is dumb (also the Owls, really ? They’re so easy to avoid…), especially when it’s so easy to get around R7.
R7 is one of the rare buffs that is shown clearly on the head of the character. Just pay attention, use your normal attack to waste it, and then you can try to kill the character asap.
One of my characters is a Kabba and really only people who don’t pay attention get OS by it in TBL. Others will be careful and use a weak attack against me to waste it then try to kill me.
Another thing to do is get in a shield before hitting the character R7.
Suppressing skills to PvP is quite stupid imo. It feels like IMC needs to hold the hands of players to me, instead of players trying to find ways to get around it…
But since R7’s cooldown is really short, I do agree a longer cooldown in PvP could be nice.
costs too much time, since it almost never triggers with the first hit and if you try to get rid of it for several seconds you have to waste much time focus a single target and be open for other foes
its not that OS is the only problem, the damage you recieve with a normal attack is still too much, and dont make me start when there are 2 kabbas, there is almost no way beating that
