Returning Savior's Potion (30 Days) not working

Bug Description :
The potion says +500 physical attack and +500 magical attack but I am 100% sure I do NOT get the damage buff even though it is shown in my buff bar.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Drink the Returning Savior’s Potion (30 Days).
2. Watch your damage not going higher.
