A lot, and not a lot. The news section https://treeofsavior.com/page/news/ is probably the best place to start backtracking on the implemented changes in iTOS sans the ninja patches.
If you’re a low level (don’t have single max level char) returning player, then I’d rather suggest you make new acc and participate in leveling event “Get Ahead”. Other than that check news section.
