Returning Player with Market problem "This function will be available ..."

Team Name: Daedalos (formerly Apocalyptica, as returner they let me change it)

Character Name: Siegfried

Bug Description : I just came back a couple of minutes ago after a year+ of inactivity and they welcome me with a BAN FROM MARKETING FOR A WHOLE WEEK, right after i used the free 7 day token… way to greet a returning player… how am i suposed to make gold if i can’t even sell stuff? Seriously this game only knows how to frustrate and keep people away from it…

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Just tryed
  2. To sell some
  3. Blue tini horns
  4. and i get the problem

Brief explanation - All accounts that had name scrapped are recognized as new accounts, and that forces the restriction unto your account.

they will request you to send ticket like they did on my case but ended up not resolving anything specially when they push for that mobile authenticator that is not even working to begin with!! this is how lousy the support team here is!!

yeah, i haven’t sent a thing because, by the time i get an answer (not fix, just an aswer) the 7 days of both my free token and market restriction will be gone…
