Returning player seeking for build advice considering gear

Greetings, I will try to not push into a wall of text while explaing my situation.

I left at rank8 after cleaning ET and 1st floor solmiki, basically I got all the gear for DPS classes:

Full Et Leather Set
Windrunner
2x Phada
2x Sissel
Orange practorium pistol // purple xbow and some purple one for alts

Chars were 2x lvl 330 archers, one for ET/solmiki (my main) was a Schwarzer full STR with Rogue1 Mass wolverine cards, the other a casual// for fun full DEX Fletcher//hackapell (pretty bad build :P) plus many alts at lvl 315 plus, mainly for farming practorium weapon orange mats and meme.

My question is, should I care about my old gear or Im basically restarting from scratch nowadays? And if the gear is still okish for restarting, is there any Rogue1 plus Mass Wolf cards worth trying for PvE endgame?

Also, given the big transition patch for re build, can I reset my stats points or those are locket no matter what? My chars are level 1, but the stats points allocation is the one I have used at max level, can I revert stats point as well?

Keep in mind that I wasnt playing anymore when the armor rework hit the game, so I have no idea what I can play with my gear and mainly my leather armor atm t.t

Solmiki gear is still a pretty good set but now as you probably have heard or notice there is already a new end game gear (Velcoffer set).

Velcoffer raid is now fairly easy as it does not really require players to have ET gear to be able to clear it. Just equip yourself with purple or orange grade gear you can get from Field monster, Challenge Mode, or Hunting Grounds with stat (preferably CON for survivability) about 20-30 or more if you can afford it.

As you main a Schwarzer Reiter, I have sort of a bad news for you which is SR is not in the Archer class tree any more. I was moved to the new Class Tree Scout along with other classes from various trees.

So if you are still aiming for an SR build you might want to look for new build combinations.
Not sue about Mass Wolf cards you are talking about.

Stats points are now allocated automatically (except for stats you get from some quest and hidden goddess statues)

Your current gear should totally be able to carry you to the level cap 390. While you doing the leveling you will be able to farm more gear for your alts. As for your main, Solmiki is more than enough for even velcoff raid. The main problem is if you have saved any blessing gem to transcend your weapon. Velcoff isn’t easier now compare to pre rebuild but will still require decent dps. +11 tran5 should be the basic requirement imo.

For build, I highly recommend enchant-SR-thauma or Corsair. I have been using this build soloing cm to farm silver and materials. It’s fun, SR is still the king of aoe. You can change replace SR with BM for more single target dps need such as Velcoff raid.

Thx for the answer, My gear is pretty levelled for the patch time I left, so I hope its gonna deliver at least on the exping phase.

Talking about farming, my main idea was to go for a meta scout/linken/thauma/x. My BIG problem is that Im not sure what should be the X for item/silver farming.

As I said, I played an off meta rogue1(for max STR and wolverine cards) SR on my whole ET farming and, honestly, going off meta is never a good idea. The build was fun but no evasion and slightly lowest DPS compared to a standard SR build for that patch make me cry the whole time.

This time I would like to focus on a meta build for farming while figuring out what my second 330 should become. I never liked mergen so even that one will drop from the archer class, RIP!

The big question its what should be the X on scout/thauma/linker, or at least the slops/props on the 4th circle. My goal as a player as always been playing the hardest contest possible and farming the hardest maps. I did the whole grinding for the orange practorium weapons by myself back in the day, to give you the idea of what my playstyle as used to be :slight_smile: even if I love SR I dunno if it should be the best thauma/linker for this task atm!

IMO thauma-enchan-SR, there is no better farming build than this. Linker used to be good with link + swell, however with rebuild HG farming can no longer compare to the effeicient cm solo. So you should probably drop linker if you don’t plan to farm HG. Thauma gives such good loot chance in cm, you will farm your gears in no time.

Friendly reminder to returning player :
Transcendce system has changed, now you CAN NOT extract blessed gems/shards from your transcended items.

So think wise to spend your blessed gems/shards.
