I have a +16 trans 10 Cannon. If I change it to a Bow, will it still be +16 Trans 10?

Yes two handed weapon will change to other two handed weapon with no other change.
One handed to two handed and vice versa are a bit different in regards of socket, poten, and stats. But the rest is straightforward.
