Returning player, Characters missing

Hello everyone,

I think it’s the first time for me coming back to the game since 2016 and sadly I can’t find my characters on any of the now existing servers. I’m using the same steam account since 2011. The only thing I did do was remove ToS from my steam library temporarily. Was there a timeframe during which I had to move my characters from one server to another in order for them to not get deleted? I gave it a quick search on google/ reddit and couldn’t find any info on this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

There was a server merge in SEA an NA (Varena and Orsha iirc were merged to Klaipeda and Telsiai) , but since it didn’t affect me, I don’t know much about the details. Maybe you should look into it via the news from 2017 on the official website.

Thanks guys, appreciate your efforts. Forgot to mention that I’m from the EU though, so that merge didn’t (shouldn’t?) affect me at all…

I dont think EU was affected by the merge. Hmmm can you login to your lodge? If so have you checked your characters on lodges other than Lodge no. 1?

Did you only play in the closed beta? All characters got deleted from the closed to the open beta afaik.

Send a ticket through the support option of the front page. It appears at the bottom of you screen, if you click on support.

Alternatively, you can @ a friendly staff member like @STAFF_Bob or @STAFF_Yuri for further support on the forum in this thread, or if your ticket isn’t answered in 1-2 days. They will see this thread anyway, since I tagged them.

If you had like 2 characters below lvl 100 with 50k silver each, you might consider remaking them. It’s possible to do this within a day now, but this is just a worst case scenario solution.

I have ran check with your name based account ID on the system but there was only One character,
Also the account was also created on 2018, not 2016.

Our database designed to be not to delete character, we contain every character old infos up there.
There is no “Delete concept in there” Sure you could delete it, but it will not show in your eyes, but we still have it. Which means, if someone delete it I would know about it. But it was no avail. there was only one.
The data was clean. Not even on other regions as well. Nothing but one character account on Europe.

So if this Account ID is wrong and there is another steam account, then it is only one character is in that account is legit one.

Basically it’s a hide-character-function? So if people delete in accident, then you can restore the character?

yes, kind of, but still I can’t make it bigger than slot restriction.

Could be a close beta account and that’s why it cant find it stuff cause all beta stuff was removed :confused:

This is very weird. I am 100% sure (and a couple of my friends confirmed this since we played together at the time) that we didn’t play in the CBT. It was mid to late 2016 (Launch/OB I think?) Obviously I didn’t write my Team name or any character names down, since I assumed I wouldn’t need any of that since the game was running on steam. After reinstalling the game yesterday I had to create a new team name and character. (So it’s like I had to create an entirely new account cause steam couldn’t “link” to my old one?) That’s probably also the account you found in your database.

Did you use another steam account? Or are you on the right server?

I’ve only ever used 1 steam account in my entire life and it’s still the same. I’ve checked all servers and lodges. (Besides there was/ is no reason for me to play on any server other than EU)

hmmmm… maybe if you have screenshots it’ll be a great help. I for one have screenshots from the cbt last 2015… which was still stored even after the cbt and game reinstallations.
