Returning Player Badge not found in lodge

Bug Description :I did not recieve the returning player badge in my lobby even though I havent logged in after October 17. Please check and resend the badge if possible. Thanks for taking the time to fix my problem.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Login the game
  2. Select character and go Klaipeda
  3. Log back out to check for badge
  4. No badge in lodge message

Same with me. Opened a ticket, says they are looking into it, but that´s it.
