Returning player, all Characters gone (seems deleted)

so after years not playing it and try to comeback, i can’t find all of my characters in the game.

but my family name (team name) already there, and when i try to create new char and explore a lil bit, seems like my progress is still there (like map exploration), but i can’t find my characters :frowning:

seems like it got deleted? idk but please can anyone help ?

i even got a gift message for returning players, but my char just isn’t there ._.
