Return Error - while sending ticket on TOS official site

I’m trying to send a ticket and request to exceed my TP limits however it gives me an error showing “Return Error” is there’s any way to solve this. GM Pomelo told me to send a report to this forum. Hope it IMC help me with this.

Please make sure that you are using a Steam Account to log into the Support Page. If the message appears again, please send me the image through this thread.

Please see the image below, even I put correct info it always appear “Return Fail Error” I double check may account to steam it is the same. Kindly help me up with this.

Update: Could you try sending another ticket? We solved the possible problem, but I want to make sure that everything is working on your end.
