Bug Description : Retiarius skill “Dagger Guard” is bugged, it not increase block value when you level up this skill. At max lvl it should increase additional block from all your items by 150%. Right now skill lvl 15 grave the same amount of block as skill lvl 1. Attribute Dagger Guard: Enhance also dose completely nothing for this skill.
