What does it exactly mean? Have they returned the ability to claim DLC packages? I still have 3 Founder’s pack unclaimed still in my steam account will I be able to claim it anytime when I decide to start playing?
As long as they appear in your mail, you can claim the founder’s packs. They are time unlimited.
What they really had removed was the connection from Steam DLC purchase to ingame and they put that back in (mainly due to a bug on steam that removed DLC is still purchable via the Steam App).
