Character Name: Guilerspark (? i think)

Bug Description :
Cant login to servers…restrcited acess…

I bought the Founder’s Server: Exclusive Acess 1 in 2016…i played for like 1~2 months and then stopped, for a lot of issues (not all related to the game)…i was thinking in play again…so i downloaded the game and run the client on steam…but cant login to any servers to my surprise…

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Open Steam
  2. Start Game
  3. Try to Conect
  4. Error Appears

Any news guys?

I really want to play the game…i dont mind if my character or anything but i really want to play in my account…i will have to make another steam account? =/

Since you can’t remember your team name…It would be best if you send in a Support Ticket using the Steam Account that you play TOS on so that we can gather a bit more information. :sad:

My steam account is the same “Guilerspark” created in 14/04/2009

Sorry not remember the name but its a long time…and was the beginning of the game so i was like…“ok team name…” but didnt know that was that important get it ? auehaueha

Btw im brazilian…so bad english is cuz of this…dont mind speak in portuguese UAHEUAHEA

Thanks…i just tried to login and could go to the screen of KLAPEIDA…the others servers…still got the error…
I had a character i dont remember which server? This was deleted? (Curiosity)

Like i said b4 im brazilian…so i would like to play in South America server cuz of the ping…why i cant login ?

I looked in the main page and there is no Maintenance going on…so why cant i login?

From our records, you only have one account which is on Klaipeda.

Didnt get it…sorry…

WHen i start playing only had two servers…orsha and klapeida if i am not mistaken…but how can i play in a new server?
I mean…with a new character and all…only other steam account? Or this is not possible?

What happens when you click to login on Silute?

A mesma imagem de abertura do topico aparece quando eu clico em qualquer outro server que nao o klapeida.

The same image of the beginning of the topic shows up when i click or any server except klapeida.

I just wanted to help this guy.
He wants to play and create a new character on [SA] Silute using the same steam account but he can’t because it restricts him still just like the screenshot he provided on his first post, but he can login to [NA] Klaipeda.

Just test it…all 4 servers are working…and my noob character still in Klapeida…

Thank you all for the help, it took some time but i can fiannly play. :slight_smile:
