My question is does Restraint only procs on Auto Attacks(AA) or it also procs on multi hit skills like Pouncing (Barb C3), Cyclone (Dop C1) or any skills?

It procs on any skills, and procs multiple time on multi hit skills as well (that’s why rush + restrain is good in PvP)
But you have to remember that opponent will ahve some kind of status resistance so the real proc chance is lower than 40%

Try to slow them and walk away mob will walk slower following you
Running away is more like their escape active skill lol
Yes the stun count even with block and evade which is kinda awesome when you fight again archer and tank pelt
