This item normally drops from mobs on Crystal Mine Lot 2 - 2F. The loot table seems to be bugged as this item doesn’t drop anymore. I was able to easily get the item about 2 months ago, but recently me and other players have confirmed killing thousands of mobs on the map and the Resonance Crystal item no longer drops.
