[RESOLVED] Stuck Downloading Nonexistent Update

Fixed by reinstalling Steam

Bug Description :
I started steam this morning and it would not complete downloading the update for ToS. I keep on getting an error during the update.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Open ToS
2. Fails at updating

It didn’t. Tried it multiple times as well as restarting Steam to restarting computer. Only way to fix it is basically reinstall Steam.
