Bug Description :
I’m playing currently with my 3º/4º character. As i opened some packs with my main character in the same server, i did used a free Token with the expiring time of one week, as it is said on the event tab on Tree of Savior site.
It lasted 7 days as normal, the first time, to all my characters, but when i tried to do the same on my second character, i did not had the token. BUT, as i have already thought on that time, maybe i had opened the package before, and the token were already expired by that day, although i didn’t used it, so i guessed* “well, maybe it is just my bad that i do not pay enough attention for those things (and maybe this is still indeed my problem after all)”
(observation: i kinda couldn’t know if the token would expire if not used by the site itself, so i thought i just had to have paid more attention to that when i saw the first time)
But the thing is that, in my last mentioned character that i just recently focused, i was opening all the packages within like, 3 or 4 days ago until now, and i even can tell that the gilt helmet that come in the same package was given to me yesterday, or 2 days ago, it is not enough time to it to expire, so the lack of information i have about these two tokens left me with the questions:
Does the Free token on packages only counts once for all characters?
Does the token expires without use, and i may be mistaken once again?
Is it a data registration about whenever i gained these items, and IF i did or not received them?
If i just didn’t received my tokens, could a GM repay me?
I’m sorry to bee too detailed and if this is not straigh-foward as it may require to be, im new in the game and i at any point discarding the chances of it is just me being too dumb or naive

As said i’ve been playing the game since kinda the beginning of the event, on Orsha server - North america usually for many hours a day, and i do not have an exact information of when i did opened the package that included the free token
