For example lets say. The World Health Organization tells you to approve this certain tax that only further cripple the overall economy thus affecting the lower end of population however they tout this change as something that would benefit this certain âagendaâ (since that organization promotes health it would be something along the line of health). What would you gonna do? You gonna implement the reform or not? If yes then youre fine sacrificing the lower end just to stick with your agenda. Hence the morality is in question. However since that wasnt case they have the power and means thats why you cant do something about it.
This case with Sorien. He openly distribute this hacks. It only becomes an issue because he presented it. You only react when it was in the open. However what you gonna do it wanst the case? You dont have an issue right? Then thats the fault, you dont have this means to identify this fault. Sorien Does. There are tons of hacks that were in hiding. Theyre benefiting to these faults without your knowledge. Because they have the means and power. It would be more presentable if someone is actively finding faults and bugs but we have none. We only cure if the hacks are in the open. Thx to these people(Sorien) you now know the faults in the game and the possibility that there are more.

The fault lies at 1st within ITOS managed by IMC games while the others versions are not despites the shares belonging to nexon since a moment.
If I had to compare to real life, we all had friends who had our girlfriend, boyfriend cheating on you, co workers stealing cash money while itâs âyour scheduleâ and putting the guilt on you.
Even in Olympics sports people are doping until the laboratories say the next year what is legal or not and punish previous winners.
Be it writing, art, music etc⌠there are endless copyrights issues because the original work did not identify themselves and pay the âsubscriptionâ to be protected by the law.
As much as some people want to preach the almighty worth of morale, if the society you are living are s hitting on honest people and âevenâ not punishing the wrongs ones, you cannot blame people to âcompeteâ with the âsameâ weapons.
Iâm not saying Iâm ok or anything, but just stating âthe obviousâ.

You can cheat in the other versions too.
but they have their personal id tied to internet for koreans and japaneses so they risk âseriousâ trouble or ban for a lifetime from the game / publisher.

Iâve played on jTos, you have nothing connected there. Only ktos has KSSN and itâs state enforced, from a company standpoint nexon would allow everyone to play if they could.
Just bribe Sorien into fixing these bugs. Since he wants money, if IMC can offer something valuable for him then he might even help the community. Justice and Morals are just tissue paper if you dont have skills. If Sorien is smarter than IMC developers then they have no choice. He has been around for so long already and profiteering from the game.

Even if you cheat without âaffecting other playersâ, I dont get the sense XD. Why the hell would you play a game where you are a God since the beginning, without any effort or experiencing the game in the first place?
What the hell is the point? Why donât you just draw a weapon on paper at write +45 on it since its the same thing as what you are doing XD. Itâs like saying : âIts OK to cheat Final Fantasy by typing a code to directly teleport yourself to the eng of the game, and then brag to your friends that you finished the gameâ. What experience did you get from it? XD you skipped the whole storyline, the grinding, the hunting, the farming, and all the stuff that makes a game fun.
Kids these days are weird, they just want to GTA the hell out of every game. summoning tanks everywhere and killing bystanders while completely ignoring the missions and story, jeezz!! XD

I really get your point and agree but also kind of understand the cheating guy point here. There are things are practically impossible in this game, only two really: trans10 and high refine. I know you can do the majority of the content with trans 4~6 and +11 upgrade, but when you look at those guys with +23 weapon and even the armor trans 8, i canât feel pissed off, further when you know there is a large portion of those players that are rmters/exploiters. I never have thinking in cheating but men, itâs hard.

As a policy maker all decisions will come with positives and negatives. If I were to make a choice between 2 equally bad choices, it is always better to weigh both and choose the one that has lesser impact for the masses. But of course there is also the option to not do anything to keep status quo in your WHO example, not all policies need to be approved and implemented.
If we apply your example in real world applications, as long as one doesnât showcase to the public, it is okay to do anything? It will be okay to siphon off company funds as long as others doesnât know? Or as long as no one knows about it, plagiarism is a perfectly okay thing to do?
The bad thing about security and policing is that no matter how much they prepare, they are always on a reactive basis. It is always after an attack then measures to prevent them will be established, as there is no way to predict the future and to counter against everything. This is why anti-virus companies always release countermeasures/fixes after a virus attack. Or in non-cyber cases, the police only start acting after a crime is committed.
Maybe in future where technology is so advanced we can perhaps see an algorithm that exists then to accurately predict imminent threats, and take measures to eradicate or fortify against those threats. By then humanity is probably on the brink of destruction since we are unpredictable in nature, the algorithm will most likely mark us as a threat. Sound like some familiar sci-fi setting huh? :3
Public ignorance isnât an excuse for committing acts. A burglary committed without anyone knowing is still a burglary. No matter how one tries to justify it otherwise, the act is still the same.

I do think it past the time IMC limit the enhancement to +15 since we have trans, itâs more than enough power to even solo dungeons of the same level range of your char, and I find that already idiotic tbh, it was supposed to be a hard area where you need a group to finish, not some picnic area.
Then again, they donât care a thing about this right now, itâs more profitable release CS content.
As I said before, they are using their ideas that Asian players might prefer on our market, but that donât work so well here, we like the challenge and work for stuff, at least the real players.

Itâs disappointing how people try to justify foul things, even in real life. (I mean Iâd somewhat understand video game which is somewhat irrelevant in the end.)
A lot of people cheat and get away with it but still thereâs a lot of good people left who will not do those things cause itâs not the right thing to do. Morals are important or we would live in a chaos, if all of us thought like some of these individuals here, what would be left of this game? (Or the world for that matter in a larger scale.) Absolutely nothing. 
On the other hand the reason to cheat to stay competitive or something similar tells an issue with lack of other kind of morality. Giving so much value to being on top of others so youâd be willing to mistreat others to get there is not a good practice.
You can absolutely blame those who do that, theyâre only making the problems worse for everyone else for their own selfish reasons. Simply said itâs a terrible excuse for being bad person.
