Resetting stats on inquisitor

Hi guys, i currently have a level 300+ Inquisitor with approximately 300+ str 100+ con and 200+ dex. Thinking about resetting the stats for a larger damage and better hp. Any suggestions/ opinions on what should I do ?

Current path : Cleric 2> Diev 2> Monk 3 > Inqui 1.

It is impossible. You cannot increase both damage and hp by resetting stats. You can increase one by reduce the other one. If you want to increase both of them, you need to find the way to have more stats.
